A Lovely Couple of Hours for Anyone Who Enjoys a Drink
A wonderful distillery in one of Dublin's most interesting areas! Our tour guide, Billie/Billy, was absolutely great at describing the distilling process and flavour profiles of the whiskey types we were tasting. They also gave some nice historical points about the company's heritage and also the building. The cocktails in the bar afterwards were delicious. Thumbs up!

Niamh was great! We were traveling from Maryland and had a Great experience with her. She told us the history of Roe and Co and instructed my wife and I to make cocktails. I finally made one right. A must do with this guide

Our favorite thing to do in Dublin
The blending experience at Roe & Co was arguably the best thing we did in Dublin. Very informative and entertaining - thanks to Marc, our amazing guide. Making our own old fashioned was a great experience, and the in-house cocktail bar served some of the best cocktails we had in a long time.

    Fabulous Flavour Experience
A fantastic experience both in history and cocktail making. We were taken through the history of George Roe and Dublin whiskey and how it weaves into the current distilleries ethos and location. Seán was incredibly knowledgeable and a well spirited guide who knew the answers to any and all questions we had as a group, his energy made the tour that much more special.

    Amazing !
We had an amazing experience! We did the cocktail making class and it was so fun. Our guide was very interactive and asked us questions and involved everyone. He really made the tour. It was amazing to see the actual whiskey being distilled. You get two cocktails and overall this was better than the Jameson and Guinness tours combined. 10/10

    Fun Tour!
Very Fun tour! We did the Blending Experience. Our tour guide Ronan was very nice and easily explained everything and answered all our questions. It’s a working distillery so you get to go out on a glass walkway over the copper sills and mash tuns. You’re allowed to take any photos. -We then went into Room 106 where the guide explain more about their blend, tastes it and then we got to make an Old Fashioned with our own blend. Then we brought those drinks with us to the Power Bar where they made us a special cocktail to finish the tour. (FYI- I’m not a whiskey drinker but wanted to experience something uniquely Irish. The cocktail at the end was Delicious!) I recommend giving them a try!

    Highly recommend
Loved it. We had a fantastic blending tour with Mark. He gave a great explanation of the process and then we had a tasting followed by 2 cocktails.”, all delicious! Mark was very friendly, knowledgable and funny! We also arrived half hour early and the lady at the till (sorry we didn’t catch your name) was very helpful and showed us to the bar. Would highly recommend Roe and co.

    Whiskey Blending Workshop recommended
Nice way to learn more about whiskey making in general and about the history of whiskey in Ireland. The tour was very nice: good guide, good info, good (and generous) tastings. The site was particularly nice to visit and the cocktails were great. Highly recommended! One of my favorite visits in Dublin so far.

    Hats off
Seán was terrific and hilarious. The experience was one of our favorites for site seeing in Dublin. Quality service and hospitality. And of course, unbelievably smooth cocktails. We love the gift shop and the interactive experience was the perfect way to end the day! We will be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the distillery and can’t thank the Roe staff enough for accommodating us at short notice, despite the experience being fully booked.
The flavour experience itself was really enjoyable and our guide Shane could not be faulted in any way, he was so engaging and personable.

Thanks to everyone for a memorable end to our short time in Dublin.

My wife and I took the cocktail making class, and had an awesome experience. Sebastian was our guide and had an excellent balance of humor, humility, history and expertise. We made some delicious cocktails and learned many details we were unfamiliar with from other distillery/sampling tours. Give that man a raise!

If you were to choose only one experience in Dublin , this would be the one. We had already booked the Guinness tour and found ourselves with some free time on the Saturday so decided to book this tour. I'm not a whiskey drinker so wasn't over keen about doing the tour but my son was enthusiastic about it.
Our tour guide was Karl and I hope if you do the tour you are lucky enough to have him . Lovely guy, full of life and a wonderful personality.
You will learn about the distillary, the whiskey making process and most importantly taste the whiskey.
Well worth a visit if you not a big fan of whiskey it doesn't matter as the tour its self is well worth going on , we didn't stop laughing on the tour I'm sure it was the amount of whiskey although I think Karl would say it was his humour.

It was a great mix of how whiskey is made and experimenting making our own blend. I loved the small number of participants as it allowed a more personalized tour & experience. The cocktail at the end was wonderful.
