Very active place, quite expensive and two hours is not enough

Came here with 7 and 6 years old boys. There is lots of 'self using' toys. Kids are encouraged to use their own imagination to play. Great to get the parents involved. The idea is... read more

Great place to find out what your child's interests really are, my granddaughter loved the trains and building a wall, driving a car and cycling. Wasn't interested in the usual girl stuff like baking and doing the shopping. You go girl, think we have a modern little miss on our hands. Staff are lovely and well worth the price. Pinky promise... I brought my son here 2 days ago, he is 2 years old and he loved it so much. His favourite was the diner and the doctors office :) we travelled all the way from limerick and it was definitely worth it and afterwards we got a taxi to dundrum which was close by and did some shopping. He started... More

We took our little one today (aged one) and we had an absolute ball. It was honestly the best day out we've had in a long long time. There was so much to do and between the kid-sized shop, diner, hospital scene, the train tracks, little library, building blocks, fish tanks and balls he was completely mesmerised and loved every... Came here with 7 and 6 years old boys. There is lots of 'self using' toys. Kids are encouraged to use their own imagination to play. Great to get the parents involved. The idea is great as far as 'pretend play' but I would like for example to have some map to follow for the child to try out all... More

Hi, Thank you for your review. Apologies that you didn't get a map on arrival this should have been offered to you. There are always staff on the floors who would be more than happy to help when asked. The roof garden opening times are explained on the exhibit section of the website again apologies if this wasn't clear. Good... More

I brought my two boys (five and three) and it was disappointing and expensive for what it was. Calling it a "childrens museum" made no sense to me at all. They charge for adults when most play centres don't. The outdoor areas were closed off, I know that it's January but I would have been happy for my kids to... More

Hi, Sorry to hear you found the museum made no sense. To explain the idea behind children's museums in particular, they are places where children learn through play in environments designed just for them. It is a space for adults and children to engage in creative play. Our exhibits are educationally designed to inspire life-long learning through play, igniting imaginations... More

This is a must do for Kids up to 7, lots of interactive exhibits and science. The Studio and dress is a favorite with my kids.

Pricey trip into an outdated children's play centre with its lack of toys and many stair ways which is quite difficult and dangerous especially when there is more than one child involved

The plan was to visit Phoenix Park Zoo but thanks to the Irish weather the plans were scuppered so with an 18mth old little boy in tow we set out to find something to do indoors, unfortunately Dublin does not accommodate young children, so with the help of Google we found Imaginosity. What an amazing place, I would love to... More

This is a place where if I was a kid of 2-5 I would dream of nothing else . Would be good if there were signs to find it in the shopping outlet since we're asked by 3 other lots of parents but since had been before I felt like a pro this time . It's educational and so many... More

We brought our kids here aged 1.5 and 3 yrs and they both loved it, so much for both of them to do and get lost in there own little world, playing dress up, being in a band, building, playing hospital and the supermarket plus loads more, a great way to spend a few hours and keep them occupied, especially...
