Ireland's top escape room with a difference. Our escape rooms SOS and CONVICTS are on board the Zorg Ella boat in Dublin's city centre. You and your team have 60 minutes to escape from inside the ship by solving a series of puzzles and challenges. Uncover clues, solve riddles and overcome obstacles to complete Ireland's newest and most thrilling escape room. Two games to choose from: SOS: 2 to 6 players. Your mission is to gather information, restore power to the boat and escape – before it’s too late! CONVICTS: for 4 to 10 players. You and your team are convicts, imprisoned on the good ship Zorg Ella. Using your wits, intelligence and teamwork, can you work together to escape before the ship departs for the colonies? A really fun and extremely immersive escape room. My husband and I completed the SOS game. We have previously done escape rooms in Dublin and this was up there with the best. Patrick was our host and we had a great time. Will be back to do the other game!

An experience that was pre-booked based on previous read reviews, and I must admit we weren't disappointed. A day and night away in Dublin with my sons and even thou we had limited time we were pleased that we squeezed this experience in.
Marta our Captain was welcoming, explained in detail everything that we needed to know, which enabled us to get the most out of the experience. We would certainly book again.

Incredible experience and very thrilling and thematic. The music was a nice touch. It was stressful but so fun and also satisfying when you finish the puzzles. It makes you feel smart. Marta was great. Five stars!

We had booked SOS game. It was a nice experience. Maria was very helping and gave all the instructions well. Thanks a lot to her. It was fun and we will try Convict game again very soon .

This is undoubtedly THE BEST escape room I’ve ever done, and I’ve done upwards of 10 now. This is such a unique experience, we did the SOS room, really well put together and the staff were beyond lovely. My partner and I came away buzzing from the experience. Well worth the money. Thank you so much, especially to Eoghan and Oonagh who were the hosts of our game.

Went to Escape Boats on Monday the 30th of October as a group of five friends and had a great time! Eoghan was amazing, explained everything really well and was always on hand and hen we needed a little help! We will definitely be back!

Hi is the boat / rooms easy accessible for someone with limited fitness or mobility issues. Not disabled just bad knees thanks

There is at least one Room where one of you have to crawl on your knees. The others wont have to, once you’ve opened the secret door.
You do have to go Down into the boat via 5 steps. And the same to go up again.

Hi just wondering do you feel like you are on a boat or on a river at all as in does it sway or anything?

No, it didn’t when I went anyway. It’s a docked boat in a pretty sheltered area. If it’s exceptionally windy for whatever reason, it might be different but overall I didn’t feel like I was moving. The spaces are small and sometimes have a small slant because of the design of the boat but that’s part of the fun!
