Cliffs of Moher Tour Including Wild Atlantic Way and Galway City from Dublin

3,520 reviews
The Cliffs of Moher are located in Burren on the Wild Atlantic Way, a winding coastal road notoriously difficult to navigate. Spend less time reading maps and more time soaking up the scenery on a stress-free tour from Dublin. An experienced driver navigates the roads safely and a guide transports you to premium viewing spots you may have missed if exploring independently. Plus, this tour includes free time to explore Galway, too.

We came here for a "fun water day" for the kids. I have to say they enjoyed themselves all in all, but I found a few things a little strange. There wasn't really anywhere for someone accompanying them to sit and wait on the inside -- yes, you can go out and sit in the food court, but then you can't get back in... I also wanted to take a picture of MY kids in the swimming pool area, but as soon as I took my camera out, someone came over to tell me photos were not allowed. Huh? Well, at least the kids enjoyed themselves...

Visited on Saturday morning for the first (and probably last) time. The place is in desperate need of a deep clean. Would hate to see it later in the day if that's what it was like when it opened. We couldn't get over how cold it was. Our toddler was shivering after just a few minutes. Pool temp was better but air con needs to be turned down. Shower facilities were abismol! Very expensive overall, and then charged additional for use of a hairdryer. Very disappointing overall. Won't be back in a hurry.

We arrived early to be told they can’t sell tickets for the aqua zone until it opens at ten. Which seems strange as you would think if the pool opens at 10 you could be changed and ready. Anyway we waited patiently only to be told when the till opened that they can’t sell tickets as their systems haven’t updated. As we were visiting from UK we wanted to use the euros we had but were left with no choice but to then waste another ten minutes booking tickets online before then moving into the online ticket queue. Not so much as a “sorry” was offered up by the staff for the inconvience. Nor did they tell the others behind us in the queue so the same scene was repeated throughout the morning. The slides are great fun but they need to improve their customer service. €50 for a family is a considerate amount of money and the customer service will dissuade us from coming again.
