We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Simple order of fish and chips and a glass of wine and nothing arrived after waiting 25 minutes. I could also see others waiting frustrated, some even going down to Ghe bar to get their own drinks. They weren’t even busy. Avoid!!!

OMG its like a bargain basement version of the brazen head.ordered scampi and chips for €17 euro. Scampi had a shocking chemical taste and when I complained and said it had a very fishy taste the waiter said "well its shrimp!".I then explained there was chemically taste also and there was alot of liquid inside. He said "well its frozen so thars why".He then said he get the "chef😄" to check it. He came back and said it was fine and there was nothing he could do. I asked for discount and said only manager could do something and he wasnt around I said I couldnt wait as was goin to a concert and he said he couldnt do anything.Great start to a rare night out.Pity all the poor tourists who will get sucked into this place. !

The charming doorman sent us through to the restaurant staff to see if they could seat us. We stood there waiting where we were instructed to. None of the staff came near us and seemed to prefer to ignore us. Granted it was busy, but they didn't even acknowledge our presence. One was too busy checking his phone and the other barman was busy charging his. After waiting around for several more minutes, we just left. Manners cost nothing.

Really nice place, looks quite posh from outside but very welcoming inside, staff is super friendly and the door man is very charming , really recommend. Inside it has quite rustic feel and very cosy, love it, it's a shame we missed this place and came just last minute before we left. Double Lucas are the best!

A pair of black and white photos contrast the hall before renovation commenced by the Tailors' Hall Fund in the latter decades of the last century, with its later appearance.

It had fallen into dereliction and was unprotected from the elements. Today it looks super and since 1984 has been in the care of An Taisce and is their National Headquarters.

For 300 years it was a well known location for meetings and gatherings. It was built in the early 1700s and served as the assembly for the Guild of Tailors and other Guilds.

Entrance off Back Alley is through an evocative brick archway and then the full facade is to be seen. A fine stairway is one of the notable design features within.
