More than half of the 'craft' shops were closed, and the ones which were open were uninviting. Totally lacking in atmosphere. Gave the impression of being in post-Covid hibernation. Avoid.

Lovely little place, much smaller than expected. As it was during Covid very little was open. The glassworks shop definitely worth a look, some fabulous pieces.

I visited the Craft Village for the first time a few days ago having driven past on earlier visits to the area. It was very quiet with only a few people around. I went to have coffee in the cafe but unfortunately they did not serve decaff coffee. More and more people prefer decaff so I was surprised and disappointed.

Really nice local crafts, definitely worth a trip, amazing print shop. There's also a nice coffee shop on site so you can combine food and shopping.

By chance, we found this unique artisan village while visiting in the area. We were delighted to meet Niall Bruton, who has a small shop in this village. He is a fantastic artist and has many pieces he created for sale in his shop. Unique, affordable, one of a kind designs! Take time to stop by and take a look. We loved, loved this shop.

village is closed on a monday. we called tuesday and only 2 units open, a silver jeweller where I purchased 2 silver necklaces and a glass workshop, absolutely beautiful pieces including jewellry, decorations, pictures, all made from the most beautiful pieces of coloured glass. The Aroma cafe does not open until March.

This site consists of a group of workrooms of assorted artisans. The setup is ideal for the people who create and show their work there. The only reason for the low rating is that only a few of the workroom/shops were open when we were there.

The Craft Village is located outside the town of Donegal. There are a few shops & a coffee shop as well. i did buy gifts from several of the artisans and found their prices to be very reasonable. They were also very willing to talk about their work. I only wish there were more shops.

We stopped here to check it out and ended up leaving with a few keepsakes. And you are not buying from a store but rather the actual artisan as they maintain their shop as a work place here to. Watch them as they create their next piece of art and shop at the same time. Great place to visit for local art!
