Came here from England as it was a treat for us and we love to visit all the different beer bars in Ireland. Came here with friends but misunderstandings from an introvert manager who likes to hide behind her bar staff lets the place down....More

Tough place to find, walked right by it twice in the meat market in Cork, but it was worth searching for. Terrific history. Had a local stout on tab, good and cold! Friendly bartender

A wonderful little pub situated down the bottom of mutton hill lane. Oldest pub in cork -1790 I think .. old fashioned interior with wonderful ambiance. Candlelit, lovely rickety tables, chairs but you can smell the history!! Recommended for the craic

History is on the alley walls, you must find this hidden gem, and enjoy a pint, as you look at the mural of its history
