Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Bought the tickets on a whim, sat in plush seats for a very enjoyable couple of hours while we were taken on a whirlwind tour through history of Ireland in snippets of song, dance and story telling. And, you can have a pint during the show!

An absolutely thrilling show in a fantastic setting and also what a troupe. Especially thrilling for my visitors who never experienced the likes of it before. I was so proud of the way it was presented, through story telling. The musical and dancing talent was amazing.

Recommended by our B&B as something not to be missed. So right! A fabulous evening of singing, various instruments, chatter and dancing. Get near the front if you like dancing- I couldn't take my eyes off
their feet!
What a talented group of individuals. On Thursday and Friday evening until mid September. We would have visited again if it had been possible. A really great night of entertainment. Don't miss it!!

This show is delivered with style and humour by a small group that can dance, sing, play and tell stories! I especially enjoyed the history of the Bodhran (Irish drum) and the historical photos that were often shown throughout. Most musicians in Ireland play (and very well) but don't explain a thing. The drumming duels were wonderful, incorporating contemporary rhythms and styles, and then danced brilliantly! It was amazing. Two lithe and lovely females also danced, and there was guitar, violin, keyboard and song. The voice of the female singer was somewhat tenuous, could use some power and projection. It was all presented with a gentle humour that sometimes took a wee while. Perhaps some tightening up on that would be good.
But it was all brilliant and I would see it again. Certainly worth the price and oh yes the search for where it was - not easy to find . . it's down an alley. Have faith.
But caution - it's only on June - September.

A wonderful show that is both exciting and inspiring in the beautiful setting of Christ Church. Joy, talent and passion come together in music and dance for the creation of this highly entertaining show. An experience not to be missed.

This is a don't miss activity in Cork! It is a non-touristy, reasonably-priced show by extremely talented people who put on a fabulous show. Most of the audience seemed to be locals, who gently engaged in back and forth kidding. I really can't express how much we enjoyed both the singing and Irish dancing. Unfortunately, the show ends for the season shortly, but they vow to be back. If you are going to be in or near Cork in 2017, plan you stay around this authentic Irish experience.
I saw a few people having difficulty finding the entrance to the old church in which the concerts are held-- you actually enter off a lane on the side (which is filled with bars and restaurants).
Again don't miss this!

It was my second time going
to see it and was as amazed as the first time. It's just so entertaining and the performers were hilarious and my GOD the talent!!!! Loved the music ,The dancers were outstanding, I never knew someone's legs could
Move that fast. Just insane!!! A fierce friendly relaxed night in beautiful surroundings. Next week is the last week for the summer but I am definitely going to go see it again next summer and would 1000000% recommend this to everyone no matter what your taste of music!!

Our B and B host recommended this performance. We had a bit of trouble finding the entrance which was in the alley way next to the church. The price of the tickets was very reasonable. The setting was very informal and cozy but the performance was top notch. The singers and dancers were wonderful but I really enjoyed the Irish hand drum players. How does someone move that fast? It was a great, entertaining evening of Irish culture. I would recommend this to anyone. Thanks!
