We booked for a group of 4 to SUP through the city after work. The equipment is in perfect condition and we felt safely guided. The wind was stronger than expected when we arrived meaning we couldn't set off at the time planned, but there is a nearby cafe where we had a coffee while we waited for the wind to calm. Hugely enjoyable and safe trip.

Had a great time stand up paddle boarding. James was our guide and gave us loads of technically information on our technique which was great. He also gave us loads of information about the history of Cork which was really interesting. The trip was so enjoyable. It was such and relaxed and enjoyable experience and everyone in the group said they would do it again.

What a fantastic 2 hours exploring Cork on a SUP, getting to see the city from a different perspective and learning about the history and fauna. Really good tour guide and very SUP savy. Also very patient explaining Everything and making the experience a lot of fun. Muirti even got to take photos of me doing SUP yoga, superb! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulous tour up and down the river Lee. Muirti was a great guide and teacher and we were all comfortably standing up within minutes.
Lovely views of Cork from the river, a nice way to see a different side of the city. Would highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this activity more, it was so much fun and such a good experience! It is a beautiful way to see Cork City. Our instructor Laura was so welcoming and knowledgable and really helped us to get comfortable on the boards. Great experience!

Absolutely brilliant to be able to do SUP in Cork city on the River Lee. Amazing checking out all the building along the Banks. Some real hidden Gems and real peaceful. Great experience. Muriti was brilliant, I was standing on my board in no time. Defo doing it again. Thanks mate.

Walking around the quays, taking in the night views was great. Fairly quiet and plenty of bridges to cross and quays to meander around.

One of the most beautiful morning on the river Lee, the waters were like glass ,
Our instructors name was dave and waiting for us at the location ,after giving us full instructions on how to use the equipment and a safety talk we were put on the water ,and as promised we did not fall in or get wet ( first timers and SUP virgins) , the view of the city from the water was amazing and Dave was very knowledgeable and very very encouraging and praised each one of us , would recommend this trip to everyone who likes to do things a little differant,

Booked this for a Monday evening with 6 friends on 24 hours notice and couldn’t be happier we did so. As we can the numbers (7 of us) Murty (who runs the tours) was happy to put on a tour despite not having one organized for that evening. The paddling itself was brilliant and didn’t require any previous experience. It’s a great way to see the city while getting some exercise and being on the water. Murty was a great coach and a really friendly guy all round. As someone who lived in Cork for 15+ years I would thoroughly recommend this for both locals and tourists alike.
