Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Whilst going to see Ed Sheeran we were directed another 20-30 min walk to the other side of the stadium after having gone through the wrong gates. Definitely needs to be better signage. Good size and very clean/tidy.

Had a fantastic evening at Rod Stewart concert . This was my first visit to Pairc ur Chaoimh it is a perfect venue for concert however it is a good 30 - 35 mins walk from city centre good thing we wore comfortable shoes .Being from the west of Ireland I am not familiar with the Cork area , We knew there was a bus service to concert but wasn't sure from which quay so we decided to start walking and follow the crowd .Don't understand why the bus service couldn't depart from more central location in city centre .Support Band for Rod were just fantastic "Johnny Mac & The Faithful had never heard of them before they were so lively .Not sure i want to return to this venue .

Wow! This is the perfect venue for a 'superstar' concert. What an amazing night this was on May 25th. The whole event was organised to perfection, hats off to the stewards/security, bar staff, bus drivers and of course the fans. Well done Pairc ui Chaoimh and thumbs up to the people of Cork for the most friendly welcome to their beautiful city.

I have been to Hurling and Gaelic Football Matches here as well as seeing Ed Sheeran there back in May and i have attended a few Corporate Events here.

The new stadium and its facilities are a vast improvement on the old one and a great asset for Cork.

Its worth going to see a game here if you are visiting Ireland.

Couldn’t fault the concert one bit. Fantastic security, and they even closed off the standing sections once full so there was no squishing. Thank god for that! Plenty of bars, shops, Heineken Stands and girls walking around selling hot dogs! 🌭 the only recommendation I’d give is offer a drink other than beer. I know there was orchard thieves on the Friday night. On the Saturday, I couldn’t find anything other than beer.

20/30 minute walk from the city, depending on which exit you take.

Will definitely be attending the next one! 😉

Firstly very impressed with the new stadium , it is fantastic ! The event was organized extremely well , with sections divided into different colored routes as marked on the concert ticket , which made it very easy to find the entrance you required. We were on the south stand , but high up in block 304 , a word of warning , not a great spot for vertigo as it’s very steep ! There were plenty of staff everywhere and a huge Garda presence. From our experience ,we found it easy to find our way around. I would have given five stars , but for the dreaded ladies toilets . Between Annmarie & Ed Sheeran , the queues for the ladies were ridiculously long and I mean long !! Overall though a fantastic event in a state of the art stadium .

I go to alot of gigs - indoor & outdoor venues of all sizes. This place has great potential to be a really good music venue but in it's early stages, and it needs some work. First off, bag checks. If you're going to advertise all the do's and don'ts to people about what to bring, don't do the a cursory look at bags. At least get the bag on the table and look into it. All those working at the bag stations did the same - which was basically nothing. You simply encourage people to bring in the things you don't want. Sound quality was echoey, and definitely needs improvement. Heaps of portaloos which are fab and were well used through the evening but they closed sections off way too early. You must remember that children are attending this venue and they need fast access to loos often. Closing down toilet areas was a real misjudgement. Food choices very, very poor, needs improving for sure. Just bring in pop ups around the outside edge of the stadium and close them down when the main act comes on. Most Heineken pop ups ran out of stock by 8.30pm, amusing when you consider they are the key sponsor 😂. Need water/soft drink pop ups as plenty of people not driving or had kids. The big postitive, staff were really friendly and happy - very different to UK venues where most staff grunt at you!
