A lovely flat walk along the Ayr promenade which does not have to stop when you complete the "mile" We continued on the path to Doonfoot then along the beach beneath Greenan Castle to thr next headland - and we could have gone further.

This is a busy spot with the walkers along the sea front but it could be doing with a clean up (dog walkers and leavers). The council needs to get its act together though and maintainit better. Ayr wants tourists but does nothing to merit...More
