Great variety of food. I enjoyed a fruit scone with a tea and my friend enjoyed a latte and scone. Good service, friendly staff. Enjoyed a wander around the shop area as well. There is a new addition of ladieswear upstairs.

Guided tour in small groups with well informed guide offering useful insight into the processes and history of the factory and founding family. Well recommended whether sunny or rainy summer or winter.

When we visited the tours were not available, but they have an exhibition center with a movie and a gift shop that were both very interesting. Next visit we will time it so we can take the tour.

On visit to Scotland from south coast of England, decided to go see the cashmere mill. The tour was free and conducted by Gavin, who by own admission was very new to doing tours. However, he needn't have worried, it and he were excellent. Cut...More

Fantastic Scottish community, would consider living there, check TripAdvisor for top things to see and do, Johnstons was probably our favorite and spent a lot of £ there...
