awful ,rude surly staff, pool far too small for the size of community it serves, better to pay to use private facilities

Great for a workout

Visited the gym a few times whilst holidaying in Nairn for a week. The facilities are great, very clean and up to date, great for those who wish to keep up their fitness routine. Didn't use the pool but it looked very popular and well staffed, would definitely recommend!

Rainy day retreat

Ideal for a family swim,Mum & Dad can use the steam room ,or watch with a coffee or soft drink. The centre is a short walk from the town centre.
Take a stroll along the front from Nairn Harbour and enjoy beautiful views of the Black Isle and Moray Firth.

Friendly staff

Friendly staff. Great pool. Fully equipped fitness suite. Great location next to the beach. Reasonably priced memberships. I regularly come with an autistic teenager and I have to say the staff couldn't be more helpful or welcoming. Nothing a bother or hassle. Recommend visiting.

Brought back memories
Jul 2016 • Family
I used to come here as a child many years ago and whilst the changing rooms and pool haven't changed they are clean and maintained well. The staff are an absolute credit, friendly, polite and cheerful. When we went in myself and the two kids were only ones in pool and lifeguard chucked balls in and dive sticks to keep the kids amused. Loved it so much we went back next day instead of using the free pool in the caravan park.

We took our children swimming here while on holiday in Nairn and were very impressed. Pleasant, helpful staff and clean, up-to-date facilities. Will definitely return.

Friendly staff, easy access

Lovely pool, plenty of floats available for children. Programme of different age groups, abilities and there is even a ladies only session. Nice area to spectate. Very useful place to visit if it is raining.

We regularly holiday in Nairn - the beaches on this coast have to be seen.
We went to the centre most days to swim or gym - the staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant to deal with - an absolute credit to whom they work for.

Getting wet by the beach
May 2015 • Couples
The Nairn Leisure Centre is part of Highlife Highland Leisure, it is a little tricky to find as, although there is a brown tourist sign from the main roundabout in Nairn, there is no sign at the final junction in the park. We had intended to swim during a public access session however we were delayed and arrived during the lunchtime 50+ session and the staff were kind enough to allow us entry (one of us qualified, the other one didn't!). The changing rooms were clean and spacious with a large communal shower area, the pool itself is 25m x 10.5m and there was lane swimming available. The water and pool were clean, as was the pool surround, and we enjoyed a good swim. There is also a gym and steam room poolside but we did not use these. The only downside is that the refreshments available were from vending machines, so we found somewhere nice to eat in Nairn.
