the hike was dangerous and rocky and slippery, reminded me of the when the hobbits walked round the mountain to be honest! but it was well worth it, the views and waterfall was worth it. The zippy wire at the end was the most fun

The 45 minute walk/hike was well worth the views at the end. Very rocky and some parts dangerous. Would recommend walking boots with good grip.

You need to make sure you have good walking boots and wet weather gear before you set off on the walk itself, if it looks like there is any chance of rain. The day we were there the walk itself started out not too rocky,...More

nothing special one of many of this type of waterfall in this area, don't see why so many tourists want to take pictures

Hiked in rainy and windy conditions. It is an easy and scenic route from the car park, but requires a proper hiking shoe. We've seen few people turning back because of the wrong choice of footwear. Trail goes along the cliff edge for a bit...More

We visited the Steall Waterfall for a day and the path through the Glen Nevis was simply gorgeous and we took many photos along the way on our drive towards the lower car park. When we reached the lower car park the waterfall is next...More

A great walk to the falls, we have done this many times and is worth the walk even if the falls are not full. Look out for the beautiful boulders in the burn on the way up which have been sculpted by water

A really beautiful walk on well maintained paths. To get to the waterfall an interesting bridge needs to be crossed. Nice and not to hard adventure.

We walked the routes rather late: we started around 4. The hike on a good pace takes around 30 minutes and it’s a good road. Make sure you have good shoes, as it’s a lot of stones and sometimes you have to jump over a...More

This is perfect for someone who doesn’t want something too challenging but enjoys the country. The car park was easily accessible but was busy.

The Steall Waterfall is amazing and you can park not far from it, about 30min after you park, very easy one, too. I have only been there but I am sure there are plenty others!!

There might be some stepping stones in the river to cross, but they wew quite flooded when we were there. However you can watch the waterfall from across the river.

To my memory there are no barriers and I don’t think that they would close the park, which anyhow is small. Personally I would opt for the Lower falls car park and then move up early morning, as very near and flat land.
