The railway was closed due to winds etc, so had lunch and a walk instead, great views, we got to the top the following day but it was a bit cloudy, I imagine the views are amazing on a clear day. Well worth a visit

Great views from top of the mountain railway when theres no fog. Should really tell visitors at the bottom if it is foggy but they would sell anything. well worth a visit but check it is clear before paying £13.50 to go upMore

Can't go up unless guide dogs but if you hike up to the top from the bottom I believe you can take dog down if the signs were right.

Free parking and plenty of spaces but we were obviously out of season.

It is so changeable you should be prepared for anything. We visited with perfect weather, the next day was cloudy at the top so would have been wet
