For a bracing view and some peace and quiet with stunning Victorian neo-Gothic buildings, this place is great at the weekend. Parkland is lovely as well.

I was showing two American friends around Glasgow and decided to show them my old university. They were truly impressed.
Worth a quick visit, beautiful university. Good spot for photos. Class was going on so you're ability to explore is somewhat limited. Still worth a visit.
Beautiful buildings, friendliness of staff , outstanding a must have visit. This is a wonderful place, no matter how many times you visit. You will keep finding new things to see each time.
We were there as a family for our grandaughter's Graduation Ceremony in November 2016, the Bute Hall is a magnificent setting , it was a beautiful day enjoyed by all of us, taxi fare from Heritage Hotel was around £3.
This is the first place you should visit when coming to Glasgow. The Hunterian museum was simple but I've enjoyed it very much :). Tempted to enrol for a course :D.
