I exhibited at a recent event here, and found it to be very nice. It's huge and well equipped, though I found the lighting to be a bit inadequate leaving lots of shadows in the stands below. Conveniently located in the center are two restaurants, bank machine and a convenience store.

We went here to see the allergy show, we got free vouchers from the internet and once inside we got free goodies, there was a large variety of alergy free, gluten free etc foodstuff to buy, also soaps, candles, drinks and a wide variety of food related things on show. The hall was huge and very busy but we didn't... More

This was a hall full of rubbish, stall after stall selling tat which had nothing to do with stitching or sewing; hideous clothing, vibrating cushions, flavoured nuts etc. I have visited this show quite a few times over the past 15 years but gave up for a couple of years owing to its decline. It was a bad decision to... More

We parked in the multi storey car park that looks like aluminium cheese holes. We got out at the bottom ready for the trek to the SECC. We were delighted to be offered a free lift in a 5 seater shuttle cart. It is open to the elements so was quite chilly but instead of a possible 10 minute walk... More

Went to the Hobby Craft Exhibition today 02.03.17. SECC Glasgow. We arrived and were subsequently advised that we could not use the outdoor car parking facilities and had to use the multi storey which cost a flat rate of £8!! They event organisers need to have a chat with themselves as this arrangement was NOT suitable for most ELDERLY OR... More

This is one of most famous and Iconic attractions in Scotland. I had been to one of the Wedding and Bridal Fair exhibitions. It was huge and massive. Good business options for buyers and exhibitors. Other kind of famous exhibitions that showcase in this area were that of Maternity and Children toys. Must Visit place in Scotland.

been for a few different events- comedians, bands, stage shows. they've all been good experiences with helpful staff there to help. would advise to not park in the carpark as if you get caught after the show you could be waiting a while to get out. parking areas a short walk away would be easier.

Saw Strictly Come Dancing here on 29 January 2017. Venue generally did it's job. A little bit annoyed that we had to ditch a bottle of water as "it has a cap on it". Not allowed, for "security" apparently, but you could buy capped bottles inside. Protecting the concessions I assume? Staff very helpful at getting us in and out... More

The SECC in Glasgow is a large multi-purpose arena with various halls which are used for exhibitions, events, conferences etc. There is a large car park for exhibitors and a nearby car park for visitors which is a few minutes walk via a walkway to the SECC.
