We were here for the Highland Games and could not resist a good look around this old church and its cemetery. It is well maintained and has an interpretation board at the entrance. The stone staircase to the 'Laird's Loft' survives and its gravestones are worth a look as they give an interesting insight into the history of the village. It has an old lodge at the entrance once used to house guards who kept away the grave robbers in the days of the Ressurectionists. A quiet spot worth visiting and appreciating.

Worth a quick look on a Saturday after 2pm. Free entry, with a donation box. 18th century church built on the base of an earlier church. There is a history of the graverobbers, and also access to the vaults below. There is also an old graveyard surrounding the church itself. Take a stroll around Carmunnock to see the village too.
