I cannot overstate the reality that I love the Waverley, and all it has to offer. It is in perfect condition at the start of every season, and a credit to the crew and volunteers who keep here literally ship-shape. I aim to sail at least four times each summer, and look forward to my next trip the minute I... More

I have travelled on the PS Waverley many times over the years and must say I am disappointed to see the once pleasurable experience being destoryed. I enjoyed the scenery on all the cruises and the price was good for a day trip too. However the empty alcohol bottles left to roll around on deck are a hazard, and the... More

I've been on the P.S Waverley many times over the years and it never disappoints me. Smooth sailing and very pretty boat on the outside, but the the steam engines below are the place to be. I could sit all day in the warmth and smell as she paddles along and it's strangely beautiful to experience. The day trips I've... More

Unfortunatly very dissapointed with the cruise up the Thames from Gravesend, mainly because the ship is in my opinion vastly overcrowded, you can't swing a cat! From Gravsend your passenger ticket can, and is increasd to 960 passengers, you are legaly entitled to carry the above passengers on an inland sheltered waterway. However the vessel is in more danger from collision on... More
