Easily one of the best shopping areas I've seen outside London. Great range of shops and fantastic vibes, Glasgow really is a beautiful city!!

I'm not one to meander aimlessly window shopping, but this locale odd a great place to do just that and people watch. The architecture of the very old buildings juxtaposed the new stylized ones are awesome. Bag pipers performing and languages puff all sorts spoken....More

Super place to shop in a nice area. Good area with a variety of restaurants to eat in. Luckily we don't live in the area as I would become a shopaholic. Lol

If you have traveled and lived in major metropolitan areas, you are familiar with all the great shops; however, it's nice that they're all within walking distance of each other.

There are so many shops, anyone would be satisfied! There are some great bars and restaurants as well and in our experience everyone we spoke to and met were very friendly and very very helpful!

Sorry don't now. But there are very good transportation links in and around there. Just check with local hotel and they should be able help you.
How far is Buchanan Street from where the cruise ships port?

Around 45 min travel not quite sure of the miles could be about 27. Hope this helps
