Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful place. Think miles out in country yet near Glasgow suburbs. Peaceful. Only thing was no toilet facilities.
Look forward to another visit.

Amazing sights, saw some really unusual creatures, must be local to the area (photos added). Would definitely be cautious as they seemed a tad too friendly but all in they were a beautiful sight to behold, would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. Especially so for small children and babies as the creatures seemed to really enjoy their company.

Glasgow parks have become places of great importance in the current pandemic. They are not as well maintained as they used to be. Council standards slipped years ago. Luckily most of these parks were well planned and laid out in better times and although not as floral, they are still beautiful places of peace tranquility and Sanctuary. Where else these days can we walk and appreciate natures beauty.
I had not been to Linn Park in many years. My friend and i did a circular walk. The River Cart was in full spate and the falls were magnificent. The churning waters a strange brown hue. The whole park is ideal for walking exercise and is a photographer's paradise. The old bridge across the Cart being of particular interest. There is an interesting stately home once owned by a sugar baron who originally owned the estate,so i'm told. Adjacent to the sprawling cemetary we walked last week this park is another southside gem well worth a visit. Entry from main Clarkston Road or Netherlee Rd. Car park.

Hard-to-come-by solitude within the Southside. I didn’t bump into even one Ex. Felt generally untriggered. My Keep Cup was pleasantly irrelevant.

Went on a sunny day with family, lots of wee trails to go on and lovely views of the waterfall. Wasn’t too busy and could easily have spent the full day here.

I first visited Linn Park over 50 years ago and have been back on and off over the years. I was there recently with my young grandson. The park is huge stretching from Simshill through to Netherlee and includes an 18 hole golf course, great river walks, several play areas and lots of green and wooded areas.

It’s a popular place with dog walkers too. Worth a visit if you are in the area - even if you are a local who hasn’t been here in a while!

Linn park is very underrated in my opinion, there are many walks to choose from offering splendid views and beautiful scenery. Only point for improvement would be a public toilet!

Went here on New year's day, really beautiful combination of forest, meadows and river gorge with walkways, just 15 minute drive from the centre of Glasgow.
Highly recommended.

Marvellous park to wander around especially if the weather is kind. Wear sturdy footware and coats if cold and wet. Accessible by public transport.
