So many bars, so little time! Great area for bar hopping on a weekend, every place is literally a few metres away from each other. Can find cheap beers, however cocktails are expensive. Also, quite a few restaurants, all mid to high range prices.

We just love it here. If we are in the city centre we always pay a visit. It is just so lovely sitting in the courtyard, watching the buz, and hustle and bustle the square. The glass roof creates a continental feel. You can almost believe you are on holiday. The weekend stalls sell an interesting variety of Nik Naks.... More

Brilliant collection of bimuzzing bars and cool eateries right in the heart of Glasgow. A short walk from Central Station and George Square there'll be something for everyone in this quaint and homely area of the city. You can indoors or in the roofed common area of the cavernous interior. Great Vibe.

This area is not very exciting I would say it's run down shops are not that great. It feels like you are coming to the end of the shopping city the st enochs end is far better.

A fabulous selection of restaurants, bars and cafes to be found here. This is where the Christmas markets pitch up, and in the summer [sic] there are usually a couple of vintage festivals. The night light here is more geared to the 30+ which is great as you feel really comfortable walking into bar and restaurants knowing you are not... More
