The area has some interesting Victorian architecture, and is the site of some of Glasgow's attractions.

Lots of choices here and they all looked very inviting. There was a decent crowd with good energy. We had a Malaysian meal which was very good and our waiters were delightful .

It is a nice quarter of Glasgow with several restaurants and bars. We took a walk here from Glasgow Green to get something to eat.

Lots of bars and cafes and restaurants located within Merchant City. At the weekends there is a craft market from about 11.00-6pm. Good to visit and enjoy
