Lovely museum, very varied exhibits, thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Nice to see the place very busy with young families having fun and enjoying the exhibits, no hushed voices or fear of being up,close here, plenty to touch and experience.

A great place for a family visit. The grandparents of the building is a great backdrop for its treasures. A must on the tourist list of places to see in Glasgow.

Even if you think you are not interested in museums or galleries, the Kelvingrove will change your mind. Too many attributes to list here. Just go see it for yourself AND like all museums in Scotland, IT'S FREE!

Try to come here once a year. It's a great place and outside of the building is just beautiful and when you get inside it's amazing, not the size of the big London museums but still great and use there space very well

Had a wonderful day with my 12 + 10 year old grandsons, both found the museum fascinating, plenty for them to see and interact with. Free entry makes a great day out .

Such a fantastic museum in the beautiful Glasgow. Got to see all lit up on a late winter evening and I was just in awe at its beauty. You need a good two hours or more to see every exhibition there, yet totally worth it.

The Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is an amazing building that houses the world’s largest permanent display of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the Glasgow Style. It also has works by many other art masters, ancient Egyptian artefacts, dinosaurs, Sir Roger the Elephant and a Spitfire! The only disappointment was that museum staff didn’t seem to know much about things in... More

Great day out with all ages. There is something for everyone. Hands on displays for the children are excellent. There's a wide range of exhibitions. Great shop and cafe too.
