This new museum is fresh and fascinating. It covers the local history in a sympathetic and easy to understand fashion....it's beautifully presented with great audio at each presentation.

Spanned well between two grandparents two parents and 4 children between ages 9 months and 8 years. Dressing up. Touch screen games. Short films and a mini maze you could easily see over. Fun afternoon for all.

Lovely building, cafe with very good choice of light meals and cakes, displays are fun for all ages. The building extends Carnegie's first library in a sensitive and interesting way. Recommend you visit.
