This has to be seen to be believed. Awesome! Spend some time and watch the boats being lifted. You can do a canal boat tour from here.

Hi, I believe the boat rides are on every day but as the site gets very busy you are well advised to book as soon as you know your dates to visit. Just look for the Falkirk Wheel section within the Scottish Canals... More

there is a bus service which runs to the Falkirk Wheel , the Kelpies and Callendar House . The buses are pink so can't really miss them . A taxi to the Wheel is the quickest way to get there . The fare is about £6.50 for up... More

The cafe accepts cash and credit card. Not sure what vouchers you are talking about.
