The bus stop was very close to our hotel. We decided to do a full circuit before deciding where we wanted to get off. The lady guide was absolutely full of information and spoke non stop. Would highly recommend this experience.

A great way to see the city of Edinburgh with plenty of places to hop on/hop off. Excellent commentary provided in many different languages. Good value, as tickets are valid for a full 24 hours from date and time of purchase. I would highly recommend...More

These tickets are a worthwhile purchase. You get access to 4 different lines on the one ticket. It certainly saves getting lost in a new city. You can ride until you get orientated and then get off and on while sightseeing. Good value for money.

Very good! I just think that it could be much bigger, go to more places and also talk more about history, because theres a lot of good things that are not said.

Of all the Edinburgh Hop on hop off bus tours, I liked the MacTour best. You get a live person giving the commentary rather than a headphone pre, recorded one. It is more accurate and specific, and more interesting. Tom, our tour guide was excellent.

The Hop on Hop Off buses are an easy way to see the city if you don't have a lot of time. The narration is live and the two different buses we were on had wonderful, funny narrators.

A great way to see Edinburgh. We paid for a 48 hour ticket with a choice of 5 different buses. The buses we were on had a good commentary.

This was an ideal way to get an overview of the City, took us out to Leith and the Royal Yacht Britannia. The guides were well up on their History and explained all about the formation of Rock and the Building of the Castle, I...More
