This museum has everything. Planes, motorcycles, science and social. Great floor plan with a huge selection to browse. Laid out so you can find your interests and are not forced to see what doesn't interest you. Amazing!

Broad range of exhibits in a beautiful building. As there are so many things to see, it's best to select only areas of interest and to focus on these.

I loved the museum, it's got something for everyone and its free!! It is definitely worth popping in if you've got sometime to spare. If you want to see all of it though you'll need a day.

Great museum. Could easily spend several days here. Well worth seeing if you're visiting Edinburgh! Beautifully designed building with exhibits of all types. We were fortunate to be there when the Bonnie Prince Charlie Exhibit was on and it was excellent.

Old Town

that you’ll find on its cobbled streets. This is the
place to get a feel for Auld Reekie (Old Smelly), as
the town was once nicknamed, and stroll the Royal
Mile, the thoroughfare that links the castle with the

Hullo, I'm not entirely sure if they do accept credit cards in the taxi. I haven't been to the airport nor have used taxis for transport.

The parking is fairly mad, to be fair. If you drive along Chambers Street, you may be lucky enough to get a space, depending on the time of day. Failing that, your best bet is to head towards the Commonwealth Pool (grabbing... More
