Popped in here on our way through Moffat... A good link of shops, bit off the Main Street so look out for it. Lots of bargains to be had, and staff were very friendly.

We stopped off here as part of a coach trip on way up to Glasgow and used the coffee shop that's attached to this place. The retail shop itself offers a massive range of Scottish items to purchase at reasonable prices from what I could see. The coffee shop needs to sort out how it serves customers because cueing for... We recently visited the Mill on our way home, it was a bitter cold day so after a quick browse around the many tempting sale offers and after a few purchases we decided it was time for a coffee, inside the Mill towards the back, it is signposted, is a delightful little coffee shop, the two young men serving that... The breakfast stated "all freshly cooked". It didn't seem fresh, it was over cooked & greasy. The fried bread & mushrooms were inedible. A pot of tea (one cup) was £1.75! The best bit was the toast & sausages. We wouldn't go back

Travelling to and from Scotland this is a great place to stop and browse. Shortbread scarfs jumpers anything and everything Scottish. Great for your souvenirs and most seem to be on sale. Toilets are plenty and a coffee shop selling sandwiches and hot meals. Well worth a stop

We called in on a coach tour, the cafe was clean and the food tasty and reasonable, not the usual overpriced food that you get in some of these places. In the shop it is much the same as the rest of these mills some overpriced and some worth buying, all in all a good place for a stop off.
