Because I was on a tour bus going through the area, I only had about an hour to tour the jail. I explained this to the front desk and they were very understanding and gave me some tips on how I could best experience the...More

We spent an enjoyable afternoon going around this quaint little jail, particularly the free audio guide. It was easily negotiated even with one of the group just after having a recent hip replacement. I would recommend it for young and old alike

A worth while visit with a considerable amount to get around, make sure you allocate at least an hour. The option to have the headphone commentary was well worth using as it helped my father who has some degree of hearing impairment.

Loved going around this place. Would definitely take up the offer of the free headphones that go through the whole jail. I found it so interesting and amazed what went on so many years ago. Would recommend to anyone visiting!
