Nice house and grounds. It is by guided tour only but that was fine and very interesting. Staff were great. Gardens lovely too. Well worth a visit.

Very interesting guided tour, nice to see the upstairs/downstairs divide. Lovely property in excellent grounds which are well worth exploring. There were a couple of little independent shops.. a craft shop and a tea room on the grounds. Garden plants for sale also.

We visited and the guide we had that took us round the House was superb. Very well versed in the history of both the house and the Erskine family.

Shown around by a very friendly and knowledgeable guide.. A lovely house with very elegant and beautiful rooms in lovely grounds. will have to come back to do the grounds and the Montrose Basin on a dry sunny day
