was nice to walk around the harbour and show my son the boats up close, biggest disappointment tho was the cost to park in the multi storey carpark. 7.50 for less than 2 hours i thought was expensive.

There is not much to do here. There are a couple of places for food, but other than that not much interesting attractions here to visit. I believe that you can get the ferries here to some of the outlying islands.

Walked round the harbour. If you are into ships and oil support vessels then it is an interesting stroll although you cannot get up and personal with the ships.

from the city centre it is only a short walk to the commercial harbour. great to see the big oil tankers and the ferry to Orkney and Shetland. you can walk to Torry and watch the ship's entering the harbour. really impressive

The roads around here have no pedestrian footway close to the harbour so one need to go to the ferry terminal for the view.
