A visit to this most special cathedral is a must when visiting Derry, the smell of incense always seems so prominent to me when visiting this historical peaceful church. Immaculately clean, maintained to a very high standard, will always hold a place in my heart....More

Worth a visit - nice architecture, stained glass, carvings, history. The usual cathedral 'ambience'. You can't miss it while driving around the lower part of the city.

Although it was only built in the 1870's this Cathedral provides a very sacred place to pray. It is an impressive building. Some of the cost of the building was raised from the poor families who wanted an impressive place to worship God

A commanding position for this beautiful Cathedral, not far from the city centre of Londonderry, and certainly easy to find given the stunning spire.

Beautiful cathedral. Very spacious and well laid out. We had a child's confirmation there, we thought the choir was fantastic. Well worth a visit.
