An absolute must play if you are in Northern Ireland! Second time I have played and look forward to my next visit! Enjoyed tea and snacks in the restaurant on the second floor overlooking the 18th green!

Elegant hotel in a beautiful location. Heavy comforters on bed will keep you warm but a bedsheet between you and the comforter would keep it from getting TOO warm.

We played 8 different courses in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Royal County Down was the best experience by far. My caddie "Barry" treated me like a tour player. Guided me around the course flawlessly, offered great advice and read putts like a magician. The facilities...More

Full payment is required 30 days in advance. Groups of 12+ need to put down a deposit. Full refund for cancellation over 30 days in advance, thereafter 50%, then 25%, then 0%. See the visitor information on their website

I w a s there in September so I suggest you call the course and ask as winter always presents challenges for places with nearly year-round play. No pun intended. :)
