There was a very wide variety of stands and stalls selling prepared food, groceries, meat and seafood, handicrafts, Irish and British souvenirs, and almost anything imaginable. It was a good way to interface with "the locals."

We were staying near the market and came here a couple of times. On one occasion we came for breakfast. There was a great choice of stalls to choose from, catering for all tastes, plus live music to listen too. Certainly better choice then most...More

Visited St. George's Market, a popular stop with tourists to Belfast and some locals over weekends. The market was filled with an unpleasant smelling greasy "smog" coming from lots of fried food being produced. This must taint all the products being sold, as would any...More

Only seeing your question now. There is a council carpark on Cromac Street. Pay and display. Can get very busy. But if you wait in carpark a space might become free. Victoria Square has a carpark but extortionate prices.
