From booking staff to boat staff it was a friendly experience. The boat guide is super knowledgeable and the trio takes in a lot of local history including the titanic! Highly recommended

Called 3 times to try to book a boat tour (absolutely advertised on chalkboard by dock) and was met with a call centre who would mainly only take messages and hung up on me. Still waiting for 'Joy' to ring me back now...absolute joke!

A great experience. The tour is both an informative and a relaxing means of delving into Belfast's maritime past. Very pleasant and accommodating crew.
