This part of Belfast is undergoing some superb regeneration. It has lovely historical buildings and wonderful features, which are being preserved, yet new buildings are sprouting up all around. It's great to see this part of Belfast reborn!!

Had a walk down here at the Clarendon Dock and was amazed. There are lots of offices, but tucked away is a lovely historical building and the actual dock. Worth seeing if in this area.

Clarendon Dock is just an office park with a couple of old dry docks in it. Bizarrely it's part of the National Cycle Network despite having cobbles that are practically unridable. Unless you have an interest in old dry docks, it's as interesting as a dentists waiting room.

Clarendon Dock should be fantastic but it has been turned into 'Belfast's Premier Business Park'. There are some lovely little bridges and dry docks to see, beautiful buildings such as the harbour commissioner's office and nice public art but not terribly much to see besides that because it is has become corporate and soul less.
