Great buildings in this area, specially the Albert Clock Tower, which is tilted a metre to the back and a metre to the right, which I only realised after the tour guide mentioned. It is a great building.

Such a nice place to walk through as I did today. You can use this quarter as a shortcut to get to places. Very well maintained, definitely worth a visit.

Plenty of bars, clubs, restaurants, historical buildings, street art, shops. Great area to base yourself for a city break in Belfast. The rest of the city centre is within walking distance from here.
