Lots of different things to see the place is huge! Doesnt seem to flow though so you never knew what was In next room. Highlight for us was the game of thrones tapestry on top floor.

Three sections - History, Art and Nature. A section of the former was being reconstructed I think but there was lots to see. I skipped most of the nature section as am not interested in stuffed animals and elements...but that's just me. The art collection...More

Great museum, very informative on Ireland's history and the Egyptian exhibit was fascinating! Reception staff kindly let me keep my guitar with them instead of lugging it about too!

A great place to spend some time in Belfast especially if you like museums. It is about 20 minutes walk from the centre of town located next to the University and Botanical gardens.

You don't need tickets as it's free! There is a large see through box at the front entrance were you may make a donation. Enjoy your visit!
