Ice Hockey visit

We took in a game towards the end of the season and having watched games in the US expected a full house. That said the atmosphere was good and the service excellent all night

Had a great night at the SSE arena watching Bamma/Bellator 173. We had seats cage side so view was good. Toilets stayed clean, the only downside was the 5 drunk men sat behind us who literally hassled everyone all evening. Security was watching but allowed their behaviour to go on for too long before ejecting them.

Visited recently - to see the ice hockey match - Belfast vs Dundee. Always been more of a football fan, but think this converted me. It was a great experience and lovely to share it with the supporters of Belfast. Nice sized stadium and an awesome time for couple and families. Nice touch - they hand out prizes (pizza/tshirts) to... More

Went to see Billy Connolly on a Sunday Night, tickets stated doors opened at 6, parked up early and headed in, doors were closed and we were made to queue up in the freezing cold until 7pm, filtered in quite quickly, but then we were made to wait for another 45 minutes before we could take our seats, great show... Decided to try a game of ice hockey during our weekend in Belfast. First ever ice hockey game and absolutely loved it! Walked from city centre and parking seemed limited. Helpful marshals and generally well organised. Good quality hot food (chicken burgers, hot dogs etc) at a decent price, though we did have to search a bit as not all... More

I came here with a friend on a Friday night to see and Ice Hockey game and overall there was a good friendly atmosphere with a lively crowd. Tickets were fairly reasonably priced and there was entertainment in the intermissions. Not a must visit in Belfast but a fun night nonetheless even though the beers were on the pricey side.

Ok it's a major boon to Belfast and Northern Ireland as a whole. It's the home of the Belfast Giants ice hockey team and events here are so well marshalled. However getting there by car for a major event is an ordeal. Getting out is even worse! So 4 stars for facility 2 stars for access! Take a tip and... More

This is my 3rd year in a row to Arenacross Belfast. What a show these guys put on, truly spectacular. It's also well timed in the year for a great Xmas gift for the family. Definetly would recommend this as a great night out for all ages. Can't wait to go again next year.

Went to the SSE arena to watch the Ice Hockey - Belfast Giants vs Nottingham Panthers. Bought tickets on the gate - stadium was about 66% full Thoroughly entertaining evening - great for the kids and adults alike. The 2 better halves who we brought to the match and were ice hockey 'virgins' enjoyed themselves and said they would go... More
