Nothing to see here. Concrete and a water fountain, surrounded by teenagers and that's it. It is dirty from the pigeons and seagulls. It really needs attention.

If you visit in the day its mostly surrounded by youths who for some reason like to hang outside mcdonalds all day, if you visit in the night, its a square for the drunks.
