Fabulous service for wheelchair bound football fan. We sat with our own supporters, raised above pitch level with a lift from ground level. Plenty of car parking close by, with easy access by wheelchair to the ground. Home supporters' singing was spine-tingling. My only criticism (apart from my team losing) was the truly awful PA system which blasted out loud... More

I attended a wedding of a good friend last summer (I stayed at the Premier Inn hotel in Swansea and have left a review of my overnight stay on their page). The venue itself was lovely, it was beautifully decorated inside, and was very classy, the lady at reception was very helpful in guiding me to the room of the... More

On visiting the stadium for the Ospreys v Glasgow match the always helpful stewardship went to the next level when indicating where my seat was. Not only was I supplied with some paper to dry my seat but told that if the rain returns I could look for an empty seat further back in the stand. Whether this was an... More

Nice modern stadium, with plenty of near by parking and amenities. All the locals appeared friendly and sociable, plus there are lots of staff all around the stadium who are willing to help. Inside the stadium, it's everything you'd expect from a modern stadia; goods facilities, good views, decent atmosphere. Despite my team losing and the weather, it was a... More

I went here last June to see Lionel Richie, the sound system let him down although he was still good (performing), he was much better in Glasto due to having better speakers. The toilets we're filthy which when alcohol is involved you expect but this was to an extreme. Overall it was well organised by the venue and was an... More

We went to a private function and found the place unacceptable. Sandwiches, etc., were clearly refrigerated for a long time and made from mass-produced pre-prepared ingredients. Tea and coffee were almost too weak to get out of the pot and the drinks from the bar were eye-wateringly expensive. Frankly, it is no surprise that rugby fans are not whole-hearted in... More

Seating for away supporters was confusing with there being no row A, so everyone had fun. Also there was only one serving booth for away supporters which slowed the process down. The upside was good viewing vantage with excellent screens either end of the stadium for supporters to view replays.

Visited to watch Ospreys Rugby V Scarlets on 27th December. The stadium is lovely with great views of the pitch. The downside is that I left my seat to get my children a hot chocolate 5 minutes before half time and the queue was so slow at being served that I didn't get back to my seat until 10 minutes... Went to the Liberty for their Venetian masked ball highly amusing and the food was good. Everyone took part with the masks and the atmosphere was good.

Ok, so my team won 4-1 which undoubtedly put a rosy tint on proceedings but they've done a decent job here with this new stadium. Situated just a short stretch from the M4 and with a handy retail park next door for food and drink (Harvester and Frankie & Benny's), this is the way of the new football stadia for... More
