Hubby and I are local but whilst in Betws we decided to check out this updated tourist information centre. We were quite impressed. It is currently open 7 days a week. It has a small shop selling Welsh-crafted gifts. They are a little over-priced but convenient for the visitors. There were plenty of books and maps etc. There were details... More

Excellent, warm and well decorated room with disabled bathroom that's very well appointed, the only thing missing is a stool or chair in the shower if yiou are unable to stand for any length of time, although having told the front desk staff this, they did promise to let the owners know of this problem and will rectify!

I only stopped by to get out of the rain and ended up spending almost a hour inside. The staff are very informative and there's plenty of guides/leaflets available not just about Snowdonia but Wales itself. In addition there are film shows running every 15 minutes and a Café providing some very welcomed hot food.

The whole park provides amazing views. We had the use of a car to access various trails up Mt Snowdon, but there is a bus that connects the various tracks at each base. The climb up Mt Snowdon is moderate to hard in places. Would recommend using the Miners track for some amazing lake views. We returned via the Pyg... More

We popped in here whilst walking around Betws-y-Coed. Everything you need for you perfect trip is here and the staff are very knowledgeable. They helped us with public transport times and they even book accommodation if required.

We were heading towards Bala lake & happened to catch the view of the Snowdonia park through the car. Oh so so beautiful. Very lavender through out, you could stop and click a few pics (everyone does that)

We bought our tickets for the male voice choir concert here and also a birthday card and a glass dragon. Found it reasonably priced and was also dog friendly

Snowdonia visitors information centre provides 360 degree coverage of information about Snowdonia national park. We are very surprised that it lies in the heart of such small village! The staff there are very friendly and helpful. We got all the information we need quickly. The information centre itself is very educational. It has a lot of brochures, photos display and... More
