Beautiful

Beautiful waterfall for a small £2 entry fee. The guy at the entrance was very helpful and advised us which steps tog o down to the waterfalls to avoid slipping as the weather was very wet.

Rubbish
May 2021 • Couples
Well done for having a broken system! The contactless payment system takes your money before entry then does not open the gate! Absolute shambles that this is a gated system for entry, and if the contactless isn’t working most people don’t have cash and the pub across the road was unhelpful and did not provide change, more fool them as we would have went for a drink. Just so you know you had so many people walking away not being able to enjoy the site

Beautiful local falls a 20 min walk from our B&B

Beautiful local falls that we walked to along the forest strewn pathway that meanders up the hill side in the sunshine :)

Worth stopping off for
Jun 2021 • Couples
We stopped off here whilst visiting Betws-y-coed. You can walk up from the town but it is abit of a walk. If you drive up there is a layby that you can park in but if its full then there is a car park across the road. You won't be here for long and it does cost £2 to get in but it is worth a look. Its a beautiful waterfall. Afterwards we went to the hotel across the road for lunch.

A must see, don’t drive passed, worth the small £2 entry fee.
Jun 2021 • Friends
We were greeted at the turnstile of the waterfall by a lovely gentleman called Philip, he was very helpful as we didn’t take any coins with us, so explained we could use Apple Pay or card.
It was well worth the £2 each entry to the falls.
Philip explained the best area to get good pics and was very friendly in his manner.
This was an extremely pretty waterfall, much better than Conwy falls I’m sad to say.
Signage to the area could of been better as we only just saw it driving passed.
So glad we stopped.

Nice area of nature
Jun 2021 • Friends
This Waterfall is a top sight in the gorgous village of Betws-y-coed. The falls are of a wide set and they are bigger than what some photos gives the impression of them to be.
Two nice viewing areas at the top and bottom of the Falls.
The waterfall is set in very nice surroundings of beautiful nature

Good walk from Betws y Coed
May 2021 • Couples
We walked from Betws y Coed to the falls on the right hand side of river. Took about hour and half through woods, paths etc. You eventually get to a bridge then need to walk down the road to the falls. £2 each to look at them which is a bit excessive. There is no other river crossing until you get to the bridge. We walked back down the busy road but there's pavement all the way. About 50 minutes walk back.

Takes something for me to turn a meal down
Jun 2021 • Friends
Food was beyond awful, one order completely forgotten from the order despite reminding the waitress. Sides came out 15 minutes before main mean. After complaining about the quality of my meal I did get a refund so credit where credit is due. Unfortunately however, we will not be returning.
