I mean yep, it’s a bridge over a river. The view is nice either side of the bridge but when you’ve seen it once, you’ve seen it.

A lovely bridge to walk across whilst visiting Betws-Y-Coed. I loved the sound of the water and waterfall. You just need to keep your eyes and ears peeled for the cars crossing but certainly worth a visit to take in the surroundings. Definitely a must see area of the village.

Me and Hubby walked across this historical bridge today (Wednesay). This is a honeypot location in the centre of Betws. We saw a grey heron standing on the banks of the River Llugwy. After the recent excessive rainful, the water was raging down the waterfall and underneath the bridge.

We stayed at the Bryn Afon right next to the Pont-y-Pair So we saw the bridge in the morning, the evening, with cloudy and clear skies. A beautiful old stone bridge. My favorite in that part of Wales. I always marvel at 600 year old structures that are still in use even after centuries of the stresses of flooding etc. Loved the sounds of the river cascading over the rocks. A short walk from the train station where many tour busses stop. Suprised that most tourists do not make the walk to catch a view of this historic bridge Shared one picture below...but took many more Time you should spend...If you are a photographer you can spend several hours here.
