Visited today (as have done on many previous visits to betws) to find my husband, niece and myself constantly shadowed my staff, and not in an inconspicuous manner either just downright rude and off putting. As a group we were hardly "rough" looking or acting in a way that would suggest we were shoplifters, my niece is a well behaved 4 year old who knows not to touch items and was under constant supervision by myself. On reading google reviews it's apparent I shouldn't have taken thier actions personal as they do it to all customers. Very unprofessional.

Excellent shop selling a wide range of gifts, clothing and other items. Some are quite expensive but a lot of bargains can be found especially in the clothing and footwear departments. Well worth a visit

Hubby and had a look around this shop on Wednesday morning. It showcases lots of gift ideas. On the ground floor, It has a large selection of Welsh wooden love spoons, walking sticks, jewellery and fridge magnets. Upstairs there is a display of sheepskin rugs, clothing and footwear. Beware of the price tags! The staff are always pleasant and polite.
