Lovely walk with great views around the town. Well worth a visit in addition to the castle. Some of the entry points are hidden away but persevere as it is definitely worth it. Quite high and uneven in parts so not suitable for young children

You have to be careful and watch your step, but the walls are an awesome thing to put on your list. You walk them at your own pace so you can walk a small section or almost the whole walled city. Great picture spots all...More

Lovely walk around the walls of the town. The walls give an excellent view of the town and estuary.Be careful in wet weather as the surface is uneven and can be slippery.

Starting at Conwy Castle and surrounding the city of Conwy all the way to the river, this is a great place to get views of the city and surrounding area. A relatively easy walk with some not so easy stairways.

Free to walk around the walls and good view. Accessable from the car park behind the castle which is reasonably priced at 4 hrs for £2. The steps up are wooden and can be a bit slippy and scary for kids.

The town walls are a free attraction and you can walk the whole length or smaller sections depending on you time restrictions. You can get on and off the walls at regular intervals of approximately 10 minutes depending on how slow you walk and how...More

This is very historic! What a gorgeous view and walk - which is free of charge. You can explore and take in the breathtaking views of Conwy itself. The walk is a little on unstable ground e.g. cobbled so mobility would be a factor to...More

I would probably avoid with a pushchair, not only is there stairs to get up and down from the walls the walls themselves are not a smooth pathway👍🏻😬

I don't know officially but as access is by open steps from the street I don't see how they can be excluded.
Hi, we're heading for Conwy towards the end of September, roughly how long will it take us to walk the walls? Do they encompass the town or is it just a section still standing? thanks Poshpom

It's well worth the stairs and walk, especially if the weather is nice. Lots of photo ops. Probably half an hour to an hour, depending on stops and number of people on the wall. I have two hip replacements and had... More
