What a pleasure to visit Abergavenny and stroll down its streets. Was a Sunday and the local Market was open displaying a variety of stalls from food, local produces, antiques etc. Would recommend especially visiting the Castle.

Attractive market with a good mix of stalls - we really liked the freshly made Welshcakes from the bakery stall.

Good mix of bric-a-brac, fruit, meat, "antiques" that's much more interesting that your average flea market. It's worth seeking out and wandering around for a while.

Lots of different stalls ranging from produce to bric a brac. Love to go on a Tuesday to look round the stalls. If you go don’t forget to buy some Welsh Cakes. Well worth a visit.
