Bangor Cathedral is in the centre of Bangor close to the shops and cafes. It is a lovely peaceful oasis for some quiet moments of prayer and reflection.

Went to a Christmas Carol Service and it was Great! The Choir is Fab, and then you told stories which are so amusing they really make the whole thing just Great to hear!

Compared with most cathedrals this is small- but it makes up for with a welcome, no charge and colourful displays. Remembrance displays were up and prayer steps for children were all interesting. Volunteers were not pushy.

It was aware inspiring, one of the most beautiful Cathedral's I have ever visited. It is breath taking and cannot be missed. If I return I will certainly visit there again and once again light a candle. God bless the volunteers who make it so wonderful.

I was so amazed when I saw the Cathedral, since Bangor is such a small city. The outside is so beautiful and artistic, and the inside too. I entered during Christmas and there was a children choir singing, and there was free food!
