Tower open (weather permitting) Saturdays/Sundays from April to end of October, school summer holidays and Bank Holidays.

Enjoyed our visit and there is s nice cafe in the cloisters n lovely grounds very close to a walk along the River Severn

If visiting Worcester this is a must see !! Be it the Grave of King John from the 13th C to the wonderful stain glass windows.

Worcester Cathedral is well worth a visit, it's free to walk around but donations are requested and they do levy a fee for cameras £3., although I'm not sure how rigorously this is policed, I did seem to be the only person wearing a sticker...More

We didn't plan to stop at Worcester Cathedral originally because we wouldn't be in the area, but were glad we made it work. Well worth the trip.
