It is hard to comprehend how many of the item in the museum were made. There quality is mind blowing. If you are in Worcester, do spend a few hours here; I'm sure you wont regret it and the entrance fee is very modest.

This is a well laid out and informative exhibition of the products that made Royal Worcester famous. Alas the factory has gone but to view the wealth of creations from the past makes it well worth the visit. The personal recorded commentary is very helpful.

Well laid out and the history of the industry well explained. If you like ceramics then this is a must for you. The only down side is that some of the labels were sited too far down to be able to read the small script except by crawling on the floor and peering at them. Not good for those who... More

We visited on a Friday afternoon. The exhibits were exceptional, the tour taking all afternoon. The highlight was talking at length to Henry Sandon and Ken Russell at the end of the tour. Both were extremely helpful in answering our questions and both are very passionate regarding the Museum in general and porcelain in particular. Well worth a visit

To do the vast range of exhibits justice would take several hours and more than one visit. The audio guides are a must for the ordinary visitor, giving general descriptions and more detailed information about the various phases of the factory's production. I should have liked a display right at the beginning, to show exactly how porcelain is made and... More

Well nothing prepared us for the historic feast that was to unfold before us here. The whole story was just amazing and somewhat dramatic at times. The audio sets are invaluable but have to say my poor brain surrendered in the end from so much information. Will definitely return to find out what I missed. The staff are very helpful... More
